We offer Free Rent Guarantee with our Rent Collection and Full Management Services

THE RENT Guarantee Scheme is an innovative product which has been devised and developed by FCC Paragon, one of the UK’s largest tenant referencing companies.

Rent Guarantee offers Landlords the security and peace of mind that rents will be paid on time, each and every month, for the duration of the tenancy. regardless of whether the tenant pays the rental or not.

This is not the same as many Rent Warranties offered. You receive your rent on time every month regardless of whether the tenant pays or not.

How does it work?

  •  Subject to successful referencing and relevant contracts being signed, FCC Paragon pay Munrolock the full rent on the due date, each month. Munrolock will then pay the Landlord.
  •  FCC Paragon collect the rent directly from the tenant, it is as simple as that.
  •  Any problem with the tenant paying the rental will be dealt with by FCC Paragon, this includes eviction proceedings and the legal costs incurred.
  •  If the tenant(s) has fallen into arrears, FCC Paragon will use their discretion when issuing a Section 8 and/or Section 21 notice to have the tenant(s) evicted from the property.
  •  Once the applicable sections have been issued, should the tenant(s) not adhere to the notice requirements, FCC Paragon will proceed with the eviction to have the tenant(s) removed from the property.
  •  Rental payments will continue to be paid by FCC Paragon until vacant possession is obtained as long as the warranty remains.

If the Rent Guarantee scheme is applicable and available for your property and tenants, we will include it for free for the first six or twelve month tenancy for all Rent Collection and Managed Services at normal fees.

After the initial term, you will have the option to renew the Rent Guarantee scheme at the same prices as for Let only.

Should the primary tenant, landlord or managing agent (if applicable) fail validation checks they will not be suitable for the rent guarantee product, although we still be carrying out all other checks and charges will remain.
